Mark Eydman is our Business Development Guruu, and he’s pleased to help Guruumee users achieve their business goals by helping to better engage their customers and encourage brand loyalty.
He has had an extensive career in commercial construction and building automation with roles covering Projects, Sales, Service, Quality and Customer Loyalty. In his most recently role, he was focused on driving customer loyalty in a complex business across EMEA and the Americas. Currently, he works independently, helping companies of all sizes use Customer Loyalty, Quality and Employee Engagement to accelerate the growth of their businesses. Mark is also a member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology, the Chartered Quality Institute and the Institute of Directors.
